I saw a few for sale at Ft Lewis years ago and talked to one guy who had one. He couldn't say much good about it. Rough, very noisy, unreliable, not really water-tight, very little cargo capacity, can barely move in the water, not good for much of anything. Good concept, but my impression was that's what you'd get if a defense committee saw a swivel-frame PW and decided to write a spec to "improve" it. Of course if someone gave me one, I'd gladly take it and think it was cool.
