Biggest problem I had when I looked at the rear window type wiper motors is that they are designed for that purpose so they are usually a single speed unit, and that speed is not very fast.
Plus in many cases they are an offset design exactly like the ones you are looking at which still leaves the same issue as above.
It was one of the reasons I evetually just went to the external setup. I kind of like the console though too.
