I've done the 2wd cab to FFPW, basically you have to replace a lot of floor for the trans hump under the seat, then modify the lower half of the firewall to clear the clutch housing, steering column and pedal assembly. Then make up new supports for the FFPW floor plates or make a new front floor, transmission tunnel and cover. The Power Wagon cab sits 6" lower relative to the 2wd as the PW chassis is stepped down where the cab fits and the 2wd sits on a straight top frame. The mounting hole spacing is close enough to the same to bolt up. Much better to find a PW cab and save a lot of hours work. If I was to do it again I would probably set the cab about 3" higher than the PW cab to make the changes easier, although that would probably cause hood fitting problems. Oh yeah, there's also the extra bit to add to the lower outside edge of the firewall to fill the gap from the lower firewall to the rear edge of the front fenders.
