251 0il pan?

My oil pan is leaking. I need to replace the gasket. I noticed the there is a cross member that runs below the oil pan. making it really hard to get to a few of the oil pan bolts. I really dont want to have to pull or raise the motor in the front because then i have to pull off the front clip and drain the coolant Ect... Has anyone pulled the oil pan without lifting the engine?
