I was asked to drive the grand marshals in the Kenai July 4 parade. It was 50 degrees and raining, but the rain stopped 10 minutes before the parade started.
The marshals got to ride in style and comfort. A friend of mine had a seat out of an Astrovan and we mounted it on some boards with rubber and carpet on the bottom so it wouldn't scratch the bed or move around.
A great way to celebrate our nation's independence.
