Well, this probably will not help for most of what you would be mowing with a lawn tractor, but you asked for a PTO mower for a Power Wagon.

This was a old Brillion agricultural mower I had. The wheels could be located behind the mower or to the sides of it. It did fairly well in grass but better in weeds. About the shortest I could mow was 4-inches with the skids on the sides of the mower sliding on the high spots. Most of the good agricultural mowers use/used Brillion gear boxes even though they may wear the John Deere, Bush Hog, etc. name brands. You may be able to see in the photo that the gearbox was about the size of the transmission on the truck. This particular mower cut a 6-foot swath.
