the hemi head would give you more power at higher rpms. its the perfect design for 10K rpms. ;/) for a truck the poly head is probably a better choice. and easier on the wallet to keep it poly. might be able to find a 4 barrel manifold off a car or use a 20 dollar adapter plate on the 2 barrel manifold. they make good smooth power in stock form but 4 barrels really wake them up on mountain passes. if you live in flat lands no need for 4 barrel.
