CARC is supposed to be really nasty stuff. Google it. I don't think you want to be sanding or painting the stuff with out a really good respirator.
Here is a link to Steel Soldiers that talks about Home Depot (Behr brand) house paint. I'm going to go this route on my 55 FFPW. I have already used Rustoleum Camo Khaki for my rims and radiator shell. I'll have Home Depot match this in the Behr paint when I do large sections and the cab.
