I would use the typical specs for ummm isn't it a 3/4" bolt? Probably over 100.

Anecdote from a previous life: I worked as a machinist in a welding/job shop 84-87. The owner/mechanical engineer was Don Klein, he of the yellow full fendered blown hemi '32 roadster in the "I can't drive 55" poster. He was from a multigeneration hog farming family in Iowa. Point: Pull on the wrench until it's getting harder to pull, then stop. Don said his grampa taught him that, old school blacksmith.

Last year at the "Big Three" swap meet, I heard/saw Don coming in in the "Vortex Roadster" but my old man legs were done for by then, couldn't track him down. I learnt a lot of metal working from a few years in his fab shop. Including how to tighten a nut, even after 10 years as a line mechanic.
