so vintage cut, or more likely had someone cut the center part out of a pw rim (just the lug and centering hole part) and welded it into a 17" rim? the rim itself and the 'spoke' part has circular holes,that are not like the orig rims. why wouldn't they have new centers machined from thicker stock that wouldn't crack like the orig rims?
