I have a customer with a problem with there 05 Dodge Durango. I do some research and find that the problem is covered under Warranty still. I call the dealer give him the information and he say yes its covered no charge. I said good I would like to bring it. He has the info I make a appointment. My customer brings it to me for that and some other work needed. I take it over this morning to drop it off for the warranty work. The Dodge Man calls later only to tell me that he doesnt have the part. I said WHAT!! we talked about this the other day and you didnt think to check on the part then!!!! Thats what I do to make sure the car get done on time!!!! He says he can get it overnight and Im just gonna have to leave it there. Im getting it fixed for free anyway. I said thats not the point. Just make sure you call me as soon as it gets done. I try to get ahead of the work so as to keep thing moving forward. Not very good service from the Dodge dealer. He didnt seem to care. Bummer. Bill.
