Fed Ex, UPS, and Greyhound all seem to be a little off on their websites. I typically charge an extra $20 over the website price and then I refund any leftover once I have paid for the shipping. So far I've only ended up out of pocket a couple times with the $20 buffer.
I agree withTim that your tank is most likely too big for the USPS so you should just add $20-$30 to your Fed Ex shipping quotes and refund any savings once you know the true cost.
