Because of the low 7 percent humidity, the 124 degree heat in Death Valley will only feel like 116 degrees.
Death Valley is now officially the hottest place on earth since the Libyan record of 136 degrees was recently disallowed.
The world record at Death Valley now stands at 134 degrees. But, I doubt the record because in the last 100 years, Death Valley has has only reached 129 four times.
I have been at Death Valley when it was 128.
