It seems the decking material company was able "determine" that their product was not the issue (not surprising), and it seems the screw company has taken some responsibility, but I would hate for you to replace all the screws, only to have this happen again because the decking is somehow faulty. I'm doubtful that it is, but I'm just mentioning it. Not sure what has been done, or what else can be done, to determine that the decking is not the problem, but I'm just throwing that out there.
