Joe. Thanks for the offer. Their warranty, as do most warrantys, excludes labor, so, in their mind, they are going above and beyond what they have to do. I didn't read the warranty before buying, but I'm sure all other companies protect themselves in the same manner. I think any more effort on my part or in my behalf would be fruitless.
The big companies didn't get as big as they are by handing out money.
