Need some service advice

Guys, just took truck out of storage and have been driving it. Today it's about 90 in the shade. Took te truck out and came to a slow roll then it stalled out. Went to restart it and it appeared like there was no battery. After about 25 minutes, the truck turned over and it ran, until repeating the same event when I got back to my driveway. Question: is this the starter overheating and the battery not being able to start the truck. Any help would be great. Jim
