Oh Dave .....

Seems like you and the truth maintain
separate zip codes - just like they did
back in April of 2011 ....

Try Parfrey Trucking in Spokane 800-533-9517. They hauled my WC54 from Pueblo to near Eugene , OR for only $1230 and that was 1479 miles. I got a quote from Power Wagon Transport and he was twice that price.

Sorry Jim, you have me confused with someone else.

I don't even own an Airstream and never have.

Never booked anything with you and never called you on the phone. You gave me the quote via email.

And I'm not a "che@p @ss". I'm very willing to pay a fair price which I did at the time. Your quote was the highest of 7 that I received.

On April 5th, 2011 you requested transport
for a PW for an Airstream trade you suggested and $502.00 in cash ....

Then you changed your mind, probably because
you thought you found someone cheaper.

Then it turns out who you found could not
or would not haul it for you ....

Then you tried to get me to haul it
for you - again - claiming an innocent
misunderstanding.

Just like over two years ago,
your own words show you to be a liar.

Here is the unedited email exchange - Dave.

Your post(s) on this forum after this email
exchange attacking me resulted in a " time out " from Joe Cimoch from you being
on this forum for awhile (if I remember correctly) ......

I won't post my email exchange with Joe regarding you - Dave .....

Dave,

Cut the bullshit.

You first contacted me (11) days ago.

No mention of $30 a day storage fees - no mention of deadline to get
your vehicle picked up - period.

My cost to haul was too high for you - you found someone else.

Or thought you did ....

Turns out you could not arrange cheap transport so you
hit me up again - after trying to pass off my ' lack of reply '
as no interest in hauling for you.

You pay peanuts - you get monkeys.

I have been doing this for years.

I know a cheapass when I see one - what is worse than a cheapass
is a guy pretending he is not a cheapass - that is bullshit.

Do not email me - do not call me.

Jim,

I honestly didn't hear back from you and presumed you weren't interested in either of the vehicles and with the storage fee I'm paying I had to make a decision.
No need to get so angry. What was it that I did wrong?

Hi Jim,

I'm contacting you to see if you could still pick up my vehicle in Pueblo, CO and deliver it to Roseburg, OR. I think you quoted around $1700. My transportation fell through because it was too tall for the enclosed trailer the broker found. I'd pay cash. I'm going to keep the Airsteam.

The Dodge is costing me $30 a day for storage so I'd like to get it soon. Let me know if you're still available.

Thanks, Dave "

Sorry your "other arrangements " didn't work out like you planned ....

Your previous email dated April 12th below was quite frankly - bullshit.

I have no interest transporting for you NOW or anytime in the future.

Jim

Hi Jim,

After I sent the pictures of the Airstream and Hudson I didn't hear back from you so I had to make other arrangements to get my Dodge here.

Hi Jim,

That would work great for me. Would giving you the Airstream plus $502 be OK? I have the title and can take some pictures if you'd like to see it first. Let me know what pictures you'd want to see.

I also have a 1954 Hudson Hornet Special for sale for $1800. It's a 4 door and complete except for the center grill emblem which is available as a repro item. The engine turns over and it's an automatic. It's the twin carb 308 model and the carbs are rebuilt. I also have new brake parts for it. It would need paint and upholstery and new tires. It has one dent in the passenger door and no rust. It's been under a roof here for the past 25 years. I have a copy of the owner's manual along with a book full of articles, etc.
All the trim and hubcaps are stainless, but the bumpers would need replating. I don't have a title, but could easily apply for one.

Thanks, Dave

Dave,

Perhaps it is possible to apply it in a trade for transport.

Hi Jim,

I forgot to tell you that we have a 1958 22' Airstream I'd like to sell or trade, too. It's pretty complete inside and original, but would need a complete restoration. Looking to get $1200 for

Dave,

For that vehicle - for this trip @ http://mapq.st/gHPRmx you are looking at
1480 miles $1.15 mile or $1702.00 for scheduled transport.

Scheduled transport is based upon current #2 diesel prices & assumes
a connecting load is scheduled to within 100 miles of the pick up point
before actual pick up occurs.

No deposit required - payment at drop off.

Hi Jim,

5,900#
It steers.
Tires will hold air.
Single rear end.
Overall length 16'.

Pickup zip is 81001.
Drop off zip is 97470.

It's on a ranch 20 miles South of Pueblo and the owner can meet you and guide you in. If you'd rather it be in Pueblo, then I can get a tow company to move it there.

Let me know if you need more information.

Thanks, Dave

Dave,

Yes, I need to know if it steers & if the tires hold air for the trip.
I also need the overall length, actual weight, whether it is a single or dual rear end.
I also need the pick up & drop off zip codes.

Hi,

I just bought a 1942 Dodge WC-54 from a guy near Pueblo, Colorado and would like it delivered to me in Roseburg, Oregon. It's a bout 1440 miles. The vehicle doesn't run. Any chance you could do this for me? If so, how much?

Thanks, Dave
