WM300 overheating

My WM300 is overheating. The radiator has been reconditioned, it has a new water pump, all new coolant, and hoses. Ive replaced the thermostat thinking that maybe it was sticking. I have a six blade fan. My last resort it is to run the cooler thermostat in it, but Jens told me my truck mileage will get way worse. (180 degree i think) Ive done every thing else unless my NOS gauge is faulty which i doubt. WHat do you guys think?
