$1 per mile is a good number to get close to.
That will vary a bit with fuel costs and how easy you route is along a beaten path. Timing also. I've had good luck with Uship. It may take 2-3 times to get what you want.
Plus I have a few local (west coast haulers)than have worked out great. I've done a bunch of fetching myself and when you do the math haulers will be close to that range.
