Greg, a very thin coat of moly grease on the input shaft retainer & as far as the TOB goes, if you haven't changed it recently, I'd install a new one. They come greased & for the amount of work to pull the transmission back out...why risk it for the sake of $25.
I've never greased a throw out bearing because I've never put a used one back in.
That said, it's probably wheel bearing grease inside. they're sealed...not sure how you'd properly grease it?
