International made two common trucks about that time, the 1/2 ton rated M-1-4 and the one ton rated M-2-4, I think both were 120" wheelbase which is where the '120' will come from.

The M-1-4 normally had five stud wheels and 7.50 x 16 tyres, the M-2-4 had six stud wheels with 9.00 x 16 tyres, and either truck could have dual rears.

They were made primarily for the Navy and Marine Corps and are quite collectable if intact, though I don't know of any specific sites for them.

I'd put the value as approximately the same as a Dodge 1/2 or 3/4 ton ambulance in the same condition - slightly rarer but also slightly more difficult to get parts for.

I'm sure out ex-Marine contributors could tell you more than you need to know about any strengths and weaknesses.
