I did it on a lathe but I have heard of people doing it right on there trucks. You need to drill out the rivets on your rims and slip out the centers. Buy some cheap white spoke rims and take out there centers by grinding out the welds. Put your centers in the donor outers and true them up. Spin them so they don't wobble. Weld them up and mount your tires. It sounds simple but it does take some work.
