In particular Cabell goes 73 mph at 2500, and 67 mph at 2300 would be a good cruise speed. if one has a Cummins and "bombs" the motor with "go fast" parts to get it up to 250 hp and 450-500 ft-lb, which is quite do-able, you could always use 11.00R16s of 38.5" Boggers and get another 5 mph. 70 mph is about tops for a M37 even with good tires and disk brakes. Air resistance gets pretty incredible.
