If it is the same as on an m37, the shorter stick(closer to the seat) is the 4x4-2x4 selector. Pull back toward seat for 4x4, push forward for 2x4. The taller stick(closer to firewall) is hi and lo on transfer case. Forward is hi back toward seat is lo.kh
