Ditto what Steve said. I put a HeliCoil in mine as well. I can'tremember what size the bolt is off the top of my head, but 7/16 sounds right. Make sure you get a bolt with holes for safety wire and use them! The bolt doesn't get torqued so if it doesn't get wired in it will fall out again. VPW sells the 'proper' bolt for $2, that's where I got mine.
