When my WC54 went down to Virginia, it went on a tag axle roll back, which is as high as a flatbed, he didn't have any trouble, also brought back an M-135. I just read the post again, do you mean a double level car carrier? I have seen some full size raised roof conversion vans on them. They usually have them on that end of top row with the ramp dropped to the bottom to allow for the height.
