How far can I turn a drum?

What is the maximum diameter that I can turn the drums on my '58 W100 to?

This truck has the original 6 bolt Dana 44 in the front and a full floating corporate in the rear.

The drums have deep grooves from the old rivets and I need to know how far I can turn the drums and still be safe.

Also does anybody have a source for replacement drums if mine can not be turned and need to be replaced?
