I think the cut off date was around '62, but that is just a Wild Ass Guess.

As for rechroming I would not bother, the shorter PW tags used on the later WM300s were the same as the '58 to '68 standard cab PWs. I am sure that someone out there has a good set for sale for less then rechroming.

I saw an NOS set(all four words) sell for about $300. But I have also bought real nice sets off of the hoods of trucks out west for as little as $20 for all four words.
