on my late dad's transmission line contstruction jobs the only men who operated
winchs where operating engineers
go get a D9 thats what we used when heavy
and even not so heavy equipment got stuck
when a winch line parts or a block comes apart not a pretty site
had one PW with a giant crease in the cab where the line almost cut it in half as it
did its (parting) thing
