i believe that if you are willing to accept praise, you should be willing to accept the criticism. it is easy to praise the guys who do right. it is harder to relate negative issues that you have had with a vendor, but if you are doing it to help others, or just to vent, i see no harm. when many similar complaints appear under a vendor or dealer 'review' its likely correct. when you are the lone voice in the woods, people know it and treat it accordingly. if the vendor, and in the case i believe you are talking to, came on to present his side, how cool is that? customer(s) was / were not happy. he said so. others were also not happy. vendor came on offered to make it right. you can read it all and judge for yourself. i vote with my dollars and offer my input if i think it helps. the hobby is large enough to support many vendors these days - we get to choose who to do business with.
