The picture is the fifth one down in the ebay ad. It won't let me copy it to post here, or I would. This is some sort of reservoir directly above the frame, close to the inner fender. I think it might be a home made attachment to the master cylinder to add/hold brake fluid. You will have to look at the picture to see what I mean.
