NP540 to NP200 Driveshaft

wonder if it will swap with a crash box

i have a 540 with od sitting on the floor

looks like the housing bolt holes to the bell housing are the same as the crash box on the right side of the housing but not sure

i don t quite get what pete did in other words are the input shafts of the 540 and 420 interchangeable, the truck parts house where i bought the 540 put in and input shaft that matted to the 6bt i was gonna put in my 63 wm

not sure as i want to use the 540 cuz don t know if i can get ptos for it
