Look Vintage doesn't always get it right. Jens himself said it. I have had it happen from time to time but Jens always makes it right. They service a majority of the power wagon community with hard to find parts that otherwise would be harder to find than a phone call away. They only have a staff of 8 people that scramble around trying to fill every order and request. Many people including myself call up there asking for free advice that takes a lot of time out of there day that could be spent doing other things like filling orders. Also it's important to realize these parts are getting harder and harder to find all the time and when vintage runs out of items they have to go through the rat race of finding more parts putting up large amounts of money to buy in bulk. I agree that shipping could be a little more effective but they do have a ton of ground to cover.
