You guys need to get to the big city once in a while! :)
There must be 300 powder coating shops in Vancouver alone these days & out of the 300...there might be 5 that do good powder coating.
It's just like paint...put it on wrong or take short cuts & it'll fail.
If you see any lawn furniture or huge runs of parts being done or aluminum railings...stay clear. Good powder coaters seem to work almost exclusively on cars & motorcycles. Even complete car bodies are commonly powder coated these days.
