You know what it was that set me off actually? I can accept hunting...far far more so than cattle & pig farming actually. I accept that people eat animals & as much as I don't like it, I accept that it will be many more hundreds of years before its not done anymore.
That said, if anyone ever took me into a slaughterhouse, there would be no survivors. I'd feel no remorse killing every person on the property & I'd have zero control over my actions. Hunting....it's 10,000% more humane & I can accept it but when the picture was posted last week with George Wellman's truck with the proud father bringing up a young little Jeffry Dalmer & the two dead animals in the back of the Woodie....it just literally made me physically sick to my stomach.
To see a father not just teaching a child to hunt but actually teaching a little kid to have no emotion in taking a life....it just makes me understand where we've gone wrong in this world.
I really honestly don't care about guns although I do find them overrated...it's senseless killing I have a hard time accepting. Killing those animals to me is absolutely no difference in any way if a Mexican or Thai person came & shot my dog because he was hungry.
Both unnecessary.
Senselessly killed animals take the mild mannered out of me I guess is what I'm saying Matt.
