Jonas,
I'd certainly be willing to look at it and give you my perspective, but I would also advise you to get real advice from an attorney in the state where the museum is located. I'm not advising you to hire one to hammer out the agreement, but get some general knowledge about property law in the state and what your rights and responsibilities entail. You can also look at the law books on that state for loans of property (most State Codes are available on line) to get an idea of where to begin.
Also, before you commit, you need to get somebody who does good digital photographs and thoroughly photograph the truck front to rear, top to bottom, inside and out and make digital copies for yourself and the museum.
The trickiest part of this is the insurance. Many museums have insurance which covers their property, grounds, and general liability. Coverage like this doesn't typically extend to vehicles being loaned to them during transportation- that is covered by the transport company. For example, if they are going to send some museum volunteer with his U-Haul to pick up your truck, a loss might not be covered. I would say this is their responsibility to pay, or to pay you to get coverage that satisfies you.
That is the cart before the horse. Email me if you have questions and we'll go from there. If you have a fax, I can have you fax it to my wife's work and she'll get it to me to read. Email me to set that up.
