Marty, have you ever thought what would happen to these animals if hunting were not allowed? Ever hear of Chronic Wasting Disease from over population? How would you like to diagnosed with a terminal disease and have no pain killers until you died? I personally would rather be shot than have to go through that. Would you be ok if you or a family member was killed by hitting an animal because the population was out of control? Is it not the responsibility of man to keep things in check? Do you think there will be volunteers of people who will trade their life so we will not encroach on the animals habitat? I don't know any anyone so there will always be a conflict. I'm sure there are environmentalist that would love to see all these old gas guzzling oil dripping Power Wagons scrapped but we all have a love for these trucks. I respect anyone's opinion of why they chose not to hunt, but to label all hunters as a--holes because you personally have chosen not to is unfair.
