The deposit is earnest money relaying intent to buy. I will not be willing to take anyone's INTENT to the bank.
There are too many flakes out there. On a real estate deal the bank will never give a loan on earnest money when there are sales lined up like dominoes.One deal falls out and it all changes. it is called contingency.
