That was on tv yesterday.A lady and her husband wanted a baby grand piano for their grandson, inspected it and put down a $300 deposit. They changed their mind and wanted the deposit back.They asked him to return $200 and keep $100, he said no. In court they said it was sun bleached and did'nt want it.Judge ruled for the seller,said that it was a binding purchase.I dont know what state the court was in.
