If either tag is there get the numbers off it.
If the larger tag is missing then you need the wheel base (assuming the frame has not been stretched or shortened) and you need to know if the rear axle is single speed or two speed.
The number in WF-32 correlates to the wheel base. A WF-32 has a 160" WB.
