after looking at the pics again looks like all they did is mount that particular box(part no. pls) on the bracket (looks kinda wimpy unless there are other bolts we cannot see) up front and a diff. pitman arm with the same ball to the stock drag link bact to the knucle arm

same thing i was talking about doing only using the stock pitman arm and turn the ps box(psbox on the m601 looks to be the same box i want to use) upside down with the splines facing the frame(instead of away from it)and hang it from a bracket instead of sit it on one, that way i can use the stock pitman arm
the box would be sitting in the same position as the pic with this post and below is the link with a pic of the m601 box in question
when you swing the draglink forward it puts the receiving end of the drag link outside instead of inside in the stock position and since in the forward position the pitman arm is reversed it mates perfectly with the new position of the draglink
in both cases it clears the tire
my way you can use the stock pitman arm their way you need to find that pitman arm
