That manual is very complete, even to the injector pump service. Which brings up the fact that the pumps were zinc castings, with a steel 'advance piston' at the very bottom. Any water that gets into the pump, sinks to the bottom, corroding the piston in place. I replaced my pump with the latest 6.5 for HUMMMVs. Stainless piston in stainless bushed bore. I've got the old one still, and don't see a problem with tearing into it and freeing up the piston, and reassembling at the same old settings. If you can overhaul your own carb? brakes?
