Well, the results of my CT scan and Ultrasound came in yesterday. Found out I have a varicocele (a varicose vein in a place you REALLY wouldn't want one) and a lot of degeneration in my lower back. At least I know it's not cancer, a hernia, or whatever else. I am, and will be, fine. I'm just glad to have answers.

Occasionally, I bombard you guys with a bunch of questions. Well, here's this time around's list. Thanks to Bob and Greg, my starter and clutch woes are taken care of. I have only ONE part remaining to get for the 360/NP435 PW conversion- the NP435 transfer case shift lever adapter bracket. They are non-existant, I guess now. If any of you see one fall off of a passing amish buggy, scoop it up for me, would you? If you have one just laying around, even just a template would work. I can make one, but dimensions are a part that are kind of vital. Anyway, here are the questions:

1) The PTO shaft for the front winch on an NP435/Chelsea 350- does anyone have a picture of one installed, so I can make sure mine was put together right (the shaft exits out of the top port, right)?

2) Does anyone know what u-joints I need for the front PTO shaft, from tranny to transfer case, and from transfer case to rear?

3) I've seen pictures of the '97-04 Cummins starters, and they are 3-bolt. I wonder if they are similar enough to the old gear-reduction starters that one could be modified to work on an NP435/Poly setup somehow. Has anyone else noticed that?

4) Does anyone else think ccsammy's next project should be WDX/WM300 winshield frames? Either that, or entire cabs- all three of mine (both cabs and windshield frames) are basically shot. I could sure use a good one of both!

5) Chris Case, are you planning on making any more fuel tanks for our trucks, and how much would they cost (the big ones). My '50 came with two factory tanks, one modified to fit beside the other, and I want to just go to a single large tank. Also, is it possible for you to give a parts run down on your wiper setup? Did you buy the cable brackets, or make them yourself?

6) I'm starting to clear out some of the odds-and-ends that I've had laying around for a while now in the garage. I have an original WDX remote brake booster+brackets (canister is bad) and one from a '64 D600 that worked when the truck was parked 20+ years ago, but would need a going-through. They are heavy, but $75 shipping included and they're somebody's. I have an LA shortened water pump HOUSING, a new short LA pump in the box, and various shafts/bearings/impellers from when I was going to make my own shortened one. I lucked into one, so I won't finish the one I was making. Take the guts out of the short pump, install them in the shortened housing, and you're set for $50, to your door. I have a used 10.5" flywheel for an LA 360, which are $250 new, that is an extra. $125, shipped (shipping is a lot of that). I'll have to see what else I have strewn about, but that's just off the top of my head. Over the next week or two, I'll dig up more crap.

7) Does anyone have a 10-lug Dana 70HD laying around with factory discs? I'd like to find an extra setup for a future project. I just need everything that bolts to the housing ends-out. Looong story. Easy to find under motorhomes and commercial Dodges.

8) Bill, your fuel pump is showing. :p~
