I made (I think) a serviceable repair of a similar bracket.
I drilled out the elongated hole so that it would accept a 3/4" pipe tap. Then, I screwed in a pipe nipple and cut the nipple off flush. I then drilled out the pipe nipple to accept the pin.
I know you would rather have a good bracket, but this fix may work if you can't find one.
