If memory serves they are sided so you need the rear spring shackle for the front spring on the passenger side.

If I remember correctly that was used on 1954 to 1958 1/2 ton to 1 ton 2wds and 1957-58 W100-W200s.

Someone should have a spare laying around I hope.
