Most engines will work, just depends how much work you want to put into it. Cut this, modify that, make this and so on and so on. A 340 small block Mopar would be my choice. That little engine can go. 318 0r 360 also. Have fun. Bill. PS the real deal is a Dodge Power Wagon with s SLANT 6. My dream machine. Came Factory that way.
