Great news re your wife, I "inherited" some paint about 30 years ago from an uncle (deceased) who made it about 15 years before that, if you apply it to warm/hot metal only way to get it off is with a grinder. Still got some if you want it, but no guarantees - you pay postage from Australia and you can have some - colors are limited.
