OK the week is over the work is done. Im still at work but thats OK. A few weeks back my starter failed on my Command car. So i took it out and called my good freind Mike. He is the starter, generator, alternator MAN. He stopped by to pick it up. Its good to have freinds in the right places. He called the other day to tell me that the armurture is bad and he had to get one from another freind. Today he stopped buy with the new starter. I just got done installing it. Call me nuts but it gave my much comfort and relaxation. As i grab the starter and feel its weight. As I try to start the lower bolt and it falls to the floor. Then its in. I climp in on the right side because of the drivers side spare tire. Then I turn the ignition to on and hit the pedal. She spins over like the day she left the factory. What a smile i had. Purs like a kitten. It was Christmas morning when we were kids. A great ending to a very long week fixing broken cars and trucks. I called Mike to tell him what a good job he had done and thank him for his service. His Wife answered and said he was fishing. Great news. What a week and a great ending. Thanks for listening.
