If it's designed for better flow around the valves, you might pick up a couple of HP at higher rpm's - if everything else is left stock. Otherwise if you are going to "hot up" your engine and the head has the good flow characteristics, it might be a good thing. What brand is it? If it has fins, it will look nice ;-)
