Sherman, The manifold is divided under the carb. Turbo takes in air thru the carb, compresses it, and returns it to the manifold under the carb. The exhaust manifold is from an industrial engine, and like Daryl stated, makes the plumbing alot simpler. Not many turbo systems blow thru the carbs because of the problems with sealing the carbs.
